I am currently providing strategic guidance for leaders and organizations to navigate transition and activate unimagined possibilities.

As a mindful leader in several multi-disciplinary arts organizations, my skills, experiences, interests and achievements are varied. In fact, in this time of unprecedented change, upheaval and multiplying uncertainties, the ability to have a wide-ranging understanding of the arts field and arts organizations is critical. 

I have the demonstrated ability to create coalitions and true working partnerships that are central to all my work. I bring an absolute commitment to active engagement: listening, sharing, articulating vision, identifying goals, problem solving, and caring. Above all, I operate on the belief that we all have something important to share, something significant to learn...and the capacity to make a difference.

Having grown up internationally (Singapore, Philippines, Egypt, Portugal, Israel), I have a broad understanding of and innate appreciation for diversity. More importantly, I have a non-negotiable responsibility to activate and sustain equity and inclusion. I am a strategic thinker, a supportive manager and a responsive colleague. I am visionary but understand that accomplishment is predicated on the participation of many.

I have provided executive, strategic and artistic leadership at The Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center (University of Maryland, College Park); University Events Office / ArtPower! (UC San Diego); Stanford Lively Arts (Stanford University); Arts & Lectures (UC Santa Cruz).

I have served on the boards of the Association of Performing Arts Professionals (APAP); Western Arts Alliance (WAA); California Presenters (CP); San Diego Performing Arts League.
